Data Policy
Sentrix stores only what it needs to protect communities, and never publishes reasons or evidence.
What we store
- Discord user IDs of flagged and reported accounts
- Discord server IDs and names of flagged and reported servers
- Flags and reports: category, reason, evidence links, who reported and reviewed, and when
- Appeals: the text you submit and the staff decision
- Protected-server settings: chosen action, log channel, roles, categories, whitelist
- A log of actions Sentrix took (alert, quarantine, kick, ban)
What we don't collect
- Message content from your servers
- Passwords, tokens, or email addresses
- Your server list, friends, or DMs
- Anything about members who aren't flagged or reported
Who sees what

How long we keep it
- Active flags stay until staff remove them, usually through an accepted appeal.
- Removed flags are kept in staff history so decisions stay accountable, but they no longer affect you.
- Expungement permanently deletes a user's flags and appeals. Only an audit line is kept: who, when, why, and how many records.
This website
- Logging in to appeal uses Discord's
identifyscope: your ID, username and avatar. Nothing else. - Your login is kept in a signed cookie that expires after one hour. We don't store your Discord token.
- Traffic passes through Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies.
